OUR LOCAL WORK:
Edunaut has been working on a local project from 2019, carrying out visiting workshops in the social service public institution that takes care of children and youth without parents or adequate parental care. Our aim is to foster the development of key competences necessary for lifelong learning and motivate vulnerable young people by using different methods.
Our work has been divided into 2 parts:
1) Motivational workshops – workshops aim at the development of motivation and transversal skills (cooperation, teamwork, learning to learn) while communicating in English language.
2) Healthcare workshops and counseling – led by a volunteer medical doctor and a licensed sexual health counselor.
