Our Erasmus+training courses are created by an interdisciplinary group of experts. We are here to help teachers and school staff upgrade the competencies they need for their everyday work. One of our aims is bridging the gap between teaching and youth work and in this way – providing a more holistic approach to working with students.
We are members of EATP (European Association of Training Providers), international association of organisations that strive for quality in E+ courses.
If your school has an approved Erasmus+ grant or accreditation – it should enable you to cover all the necessary costs and you can make a registration at any of our courses. | NO STUDENT LEFT BEHIND: HOW TO PREVENT EARLY SCHOOL LEAVING | ||||
 European education systems are stil struggling to reduce their ESL rates. There is growing evidence that school engagement, or more specifically disengagement, is a key indicator for predicting Early School Leaving. Teachers need to learn how to identify the students who are at risk of ESL and acquire the tools and methods to address this issue. | ||||

| This course is designed to empower and support particularly female teachers in becoming effective mentors and role models for female students. The course aims to address the unique challenges that female students face once they step out of their classrooms and enter the labour market and provide teachers with the skills and knowledge needed to support and mentor them – while they are still in their classrooms. | ||||

| 4) Course on Sexuality Education: Supporting Teachers and School Leaders | |||

| HOW TO TALK ABOUT SEXUALITY WITH STUDENTS | |||
| The course aims to equip teachers with the skills they urgently need, to start with to know how to send the clear message of acceptance, tolerance, diversity and integrity while approaching sensitive topics with their students. The skills acquired in this course will also guide teachers to help their students protect themselves from harmful behaviour (offline and online) and help them to develop positive relationships based on respect and equality. | |||

| Negative stress (distress) is a widespread issue among teachers and students, affecting their work and learning abilities.
